Updated (and you guys have probably seen this but I’ll get nuts and post it anyway): Mike Babcock’s presser, including his reaction to Joel Quenneville and Brian Campbell’s comments.
Haven’t we heard that term somewhere before?
Hmmm.
Mike Keane in ‘97 perhaps? Awesome.
“I thought (Kronwall) jumped. I thought Marty didn’t have the puck. I thought his forearm came up high. I thought it was gutless all around,’’ Campbell said. “He’s done it hundreds of times in the league and it seems like nothing ever happens. ... These guys gotta pay for it, guys that are taking shots to the head. It’s unacceptable, and it’s not like it’s the first time it’s happened with that guy.”
And I’m guessing the hit on Kronwall after his legal pasting of glass-jawed Havlat was…brave?
You know what’s even worse than Brian Campbell running his mouth after the way he’s played?

Night Moves is 183. What a joke. What a travesty.
Mike Babcock’s presser…thanks Bella.

About Abel to Yzerman
Welcome to Abel to Yzerman, a Red Wing blog since 1977. No other site on the internet has better-researched, fact-laden and better prepared discussions than A2Y. Re-phrase: we do little research, find facts and stats highly overrated and claim little to no preparation. There are 19 readers of A2Y. No more, no less. All of them, except maybe one, are juvenile in nature. Reminding them of that in the comment section will only encourage them to prove that.
