Nope, i think some were satisfied that I was at least posting and therefore not dead, leaving it at that.
It was great. I stayed at a hotel near Midway, took the orange line all the way downtown Sat and Sun. Gorgeous weather both days I was there. I watched “Booo-et” give up that softy game winner against Dallas at the United Center, had a fantastic steak “chicago style med. rare”, which apparently also came on a sub roll (it was fantastic). Not sure what the place was called, but it started with an M and was a few blocks from the arena. I also spent a little over 3 hours at the Field museum. Gio’s stuffed pizza was divine, or at least artery obstructing. Had a couple famous scientists show up for my poster (“famous” means I knew who they were because I read their obscure paper) at the conference. Ran into all my old lab-mates, and had 2 out of 3 flight legs on time. All around good time.

That’s a good option. I’d like to get the image a little sharper. When I blow up the original gets quite pixelated. I’ll let you bitches know how it turns out.
