Am I the only one actually feeling confident about this series?  Is there something wrong with me?

Of course, all bets are off after 7ET.

BRING IT ON!!  BRING IT ON, BUBBA.  GRRRRRG!  I have three more things to finish at work, then I have a work dinner I have to go to.  One thought will be on my mind, though, and that’s BRING IT.  I’m replacing usuall playoff nervousness with a certain brash eagerness for confrontation.  I’m not being cocky, just confident in this team.

I think this will be an exciting first game… so much so, I’m skipping class tonight to prepare. I still think Wings in 5.

Is it possible to be confident and scared sh*tless at the same time?  If not, then what’s going on with me?

I do it all the time Bob—so no, I don’t think there is anything wrong with you at all—as for me that might be another story altogether.

I am ridiculously confident that the Wings win this series in FIVE.  It only goes SIX if ELLIS stands on his head.

Either Mac or Downey—what do you suppose is the time they drop the gloves with TooToo???

I hear ya, Bob, although with me, it’s more a few seconds of one followed by a few seconds of the other. The cycle keeps up nonstop until my whole system is a complete mess. I’ve spent more time in the “little room” today than usual, but that’s probably more info than anyone wants…or needs.

How often are you all checking the clock today? I look up and think, damn, it’s only two minutes later than the last time I checked? At this rate I might just as well sit here in the Baggage Car and stare at the damn thing until game time.

Oh, and by the way, next time someone sees a porter, could you send him back here. I need a drink and, well, more drinks. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock. Sigh!
