Shane, Avs Talk
Wings fans, feel free to poke fun at the team we cheer for - it’s what you do in sports - but never question the loyalty of our true fan base.
Garcia had long hair and makeup and was wearing an Avalanche jersey, according to authorities.

I was wondering about that Matt. Back before I sold out to the empire I used a company named freshly pressed. Very small. I had to consistently ramp up the plan they had me on because they weren’t equipped to handle the numbers. However, being small, they were awesome with customer service.

Why would I want to watch a correctly dubbed Speed Racer movie?
Posted by Steve from New Jersey on 04/26/08 at 03:11 PM ET
Yes, everybody remember that they’ve only played one period and that past games should indicate that we are going to lose this one. Abandon hope all ye who enter period two.

The green NBC logo is maybe the most haphazard idea of promoting something…ever.

sit5 was solid for most of the time I’ve been there, but the past month or so has been hit-or-miss. I’d gotten used to 15-30 minute downtimes once a week, but this is just ridiculous. At the most critical part of the season, too!

The Drake, Draper, Helm (?) line has been the best Detroit line so far.

I think I’m wrong, I think it’s Cleary. Has it been a little of both?
Posted by Steve from New Jersey on 04/26/08 at 03:15 PM ET
Wow Sammy doesn’t suck today, so far!

I was really worried about Chelios getting caught when he stepped up there. Turned out to be the right decision.

Jesus, Franzen.

No WAY 3 OR 4 COULD stop that—not Jose’s fault, he is playing great today

What will the excuse be today? Does Jo-Say have the runs again?
Posted by Jennemy of the Skate from putting the b*tches in the box on 04/26/08 at 03:19 PM ET
Well I stand corrected. Looks as if this Franzen-Samuelsson-Filppulla line is the greater of the Red Wing lines.
Posted by Steve from New Jersey on 04/26/08 at 03:19 PM ET

Posted by Jeff OKWingnut from Quest for 12 on 04/26/08 at 03:21 PM ET
What’s this? Pierre defending the Wings? It must be green week, as in the color of the vomit I’m going to take after hearing that.
Posted by Steve from New Jersey on 04/26/08 at 03:21 PM ET
Now we just need to avoid the 3-goal-lead coma that, fortunately, we woke up from in time last game to stop the comeback short.

Welcome to Abel to Yzerman, a Red Wing blog since 1977. No other site on the internet has better-researched, fact-laden and better prepared discussions than A2Y. All of them, except maybe one, are juvenile in nature. Reminding them of that in the comment section will only encourage them to prove that.
