I’m supposed to be studying for finals, so, I’m gonna have to stream the game as opposed to watch. The parents wouldn’t want me watching. They realize how important this is to me, but finals is more important. But, I have a laptop, so I stream.
The problem here is I need to turn off sound. This used to annoy me. There were times where I only kinda knew what was going on. But, I listened to the NBC guys for Game 4, and I am now confident this is really a blessing.

An amendment, streaming the game involves watching it. I just can’t watch it on the nice TV. I watch on the laptop.

The Kill broke their spirits and the Cup is presented to day at the Joe.
I told my mom that tonight is potentially the most important night since 2002. She thought I was ridiculous and mentioned things like graduation, at which I scoffed of course. Who cares, tonight Uncle Mike’s Wings win the Stanley Cup

Heh, I’m a week past my graduation and I still haven’t started my final major paper. I am really far more concerned with the Wings getting the Stanley Cup than I am with getting my law degree. God knows the Cup will bring me more happiness.

Whew! Finished up work just in time. Gonna pull on the 19 sweater that hasn’t been off the hanger since the retirement ceremony. My wife will give me a bemused slow head shake, and I will proceed to spill something on it.

Left coast reporting for duty.... I am not nervous, I am excited. I am happy for guys like Dallas Drake (a warrior if there ever was one), Dan Cleary (talk about resurrecting a career), Dom and Chelli (ultimate professionals taking a backseat for the good of the team) and all the others who have sacrificed for themselves, their fans and their city.
