Thanks to A2Y reader Mandingo for pointing this one out. Bill Clement, seriously, says Mike Green’s the odd’s on favorite for Nick’s Norris. Couple of statements from the article I’d like to show you. Ready? K.

The award is given to the blueliner, who demonstrates over the course of the season the greatest all-around ability at the position. When they hand out this hardware after this season, it’s going to Green, not Lidstrom.
And…
Defensively, he’s middle of the pack, but is working his way up.
Right out of the Official Norris Trophy Criteria handbook, eh Bill?
