So I’m tooling around, looking for a few links to give you for the port side WCF section…and I’m having a bit of trouble locating any Duck blogs other than B.O.C. Earl Sleek, who runs the Anaheim portion of that little ditty, has been around a while so we know what he’s about. But finding other SoCal assets has proved to be frustrating…thus far. Earl…suggestions? I promise not to start my personal attacks on you until tomorrow at the earliest if you can provide us a few recommendations.
So a few of you are clamoring for The Yzerman Post. Keep clamoring. I refuse to be rushed. Coming up today: our statistic-heavy, analytical and unbiased preview of the Western Conference Final and a final look back at the unique experience that was watching the Wings emotionally dismantle San Jose. Also, the MSM is chiming in and we were correct the other day: The Wings are the first 1 seed in any sport, in any year, in the history of professional sports or college or highschool or backyard whiffle ball that you’d think you’d stop playing at age 11 but still played well into your 20’s because letting go of your youth just wasn’t in the cards until later in life, to be viewed as the underdog in three straight series.
Oh, we’ll be discussing that. And for those of you new to the A2Y experience? If you don’t like run-ons, well, you’d better run on. Because I’m a big fan of the run-on. Yes, deciphering them takes a little effort on your part, but you’ll feel better about yourself for it.
All those things coming up today, staggered for your enjoyment. Oh, and also…anyone feel like a Grigorenko reference today? Yep. Just throwing that out there. Maybe a 1-year deal? Happening soon, I’m hearing.
