It was 34.3, not 34.7. At least that’s what was on the scoreboard at the Joe and that’s what they said on sportscenter
that’s when the guy pushed the button to stop the clock. the goal went in at 34.7.

Evilpens: Quit your inconsiderate, pathetic posts. It sounds more like you are the one in high school, you can’t even put a sentence together correctly.
As a Pens fan as well, I agree 100% with Michael.
The ref’s are terrible…for both sides. We can talk about this for days on, ie. how shooting a broken stick at someone controlling the puck (see game 4) is an automatic penalty shot, or how there should have been a high stick penalty on the Pens in, I think, game 3. At the end of the day, we can all make arguments on which team is getting more calls than the other, but if you take some ‘end of game 2’ penalties out of the mix, Pens have 32, Wings have 28.
This has been a great series after the Pens woke up for game 3. The momentum goes back and forth between the two teams throughout each game. Game 6 should be a classic.
Wings fans, I apologize for Evilpens ill-mannered and incompetent comments. Trust Michael and I when we say, the majority of Pens fans have couth.
Go Pens.

EvilPens:
I highly doubt you’ve been watching hockey since before I was born, judging by your impeccable grammar and first-class comebacks. Putz?? Hold on a moment while I compose myself, you douche. I’ve forgotten more about hockey than you’ll ever hope to know, and witnessed more classic moments (both for the Pens and for other teams as well) than you’ve watched minutes of hockey. As a lifelong Pens fan, and Pittsburgher, let me speak on behalf of all of us (and I’m sure the many Red Wings fans here as well)..unless you have something intelligent to say (and my guess is no), do us ALL a favor and go back to your momma’s teat. She told me she misses you.

About Abel to Yzerman
Welcome to Abel to Yzerman, a Red Wing blog since 1977. No other site on the internet has better-researched, fact-laden and better prepared discussions than A2Y. Re-phrase: we do little research, find facts and stats highly overrated and claim little to no preparation. There are 19 readers of A2Y. No more, no less. All of them, except maybe one, are juvenile in nature. Reminding them of that in the comment section will only encourage them to prove that.
