And the other offseason steal from the Pens makes a great save. Hossa at one end, Conklin at the other. Nice.

That was a “use the force Hoss” shot. He couldn’t see the opposite corner from where he was but he got it. Pure accuracy, hardly any power.

Andrew - both of them pull from Robert Johnson. I would recommend the Gallants before the Drunks…personal reasons (Michael if you ever read this I will fu(king punch you in your face over and over again before you know what the hell is going on…ok…done). The drunks reach… not quite like the Gallants….everyone knows Elliot Smith is ‘the one’

I think that’s what’s so frustrating about this team this year. It’s like watching the Enigma. When they work they do amazing things, but they just don’t appear to like to work until they’ve got their junk in a vise.

Funny you should say that, Tyler. I was chopping avocados today when I had the thought that perhaps the team was flattering to deceive—go into the playoffs in dead-stealth mode, with every other team in the postseason writing us off. Then turn it on like last year, and take ‘em by surprise.
I wouldn’t put it past Kenny, but I just don’t think that’s Uncle Mike’s style.
Man. Hossa puts in so much work, does so much to get his shots—he deserved the first goal because of the work and skill he put into it, and he deserved just the same just then. Too bad we couldn’t pull the trigger.

No, no, no…...I’m a gourmet. That mac and cheese was fully cooked, with added sharp cheddar, a dollop of sour cream, and some soy milk.
Just kidding about the soy milk

Wow Andrew… If you have lived in GA then maybe….they (the Love Drunks) are almost all douchbags….except maybe Koby. I know all of them and can talk shit about all of them. Sometimes decent music….for the sake of the wings lets hang with Smith…although…he killed himself.

I don’t know. Coming out of this game with at least a point, but this only delays the inevitable. Again, no impetus to examine the game and figure out what’s going wrong, how to tighten up. A blowout loss would have provided that.
It can’t be easy for Babcock to shoot ‘em with a big-caliber hit of the truth when he hasn’t got any ammo.
