Hey Rumbear can you finish hanging mine while you’re at it? I’ve been trying to finish xmas decorating but I’ve got laryngitis, bronchitis and a fever. Not good. And now I’m desperately trying not to yell at my teevee because I’m not supposed to talk at all. Let alone shout obscenities.

It has been mentioned by others here hat the lack of confidence in our goaltending might be causing it.
It’s a sort of reflex for a D-man when you’re confused. Sorta like the instinct to hit the brakes anytime something weird happens in your car. It’s not necessarily the right thing to do.
I wonder if maybe McCrimmon doesn’t stress aggressive defense as much as McLelan, or if the guys are getting yelled at in film sessions and are afraid to make a mistake.

I ‘m retired Jen…my 15 year old broke his foot and he does the second story stuff. I filled in this year…they stay up until he can take them down!

Screw the decorations, the wife wants ‘em up she can at least help. I just bought a new bow to make Uncle Ted proud and am hunting thru January 15th.
Or if we get a warm day I will put’em up, some things are worth freezing for (hunting) some aren’t (stupid decorations that I’ll just have to take down).

Dats and Z can’t score, and the Hawks have been taking notes from Bowman. That and Kane, Toews, and Sharp and fricking studs who I would love to see on the Wings.

Jesus….. Forgot about Bowman. Going to go chug the rest of the bottle of Canadian club before the intermission…. Will need another bottle for the game before the outdoor game. Outdoor game? hahahaha….no telling what I’ll need for that afternoon. Besides one of those swanky Detroit Cougars jerseys they are selling at the NHL store.

God… other teams have gotten the word on our goalies and have scouted them…
Pass cross ice, and then wait for the goalie to outplay himself. The hole will present itself.

That’s the mental toughness that separates journeymen NHL goalies from the elite goalies.
