George Malik’s on the clock for Day 2 of the Wing Blogger Roundtable. His subject today? The explosively volatile topic of Jason Williams and Todd “Hannibal” Bertuzzi. He spoke with a bunch of us, copied some stuff and then pasted it all over hell and beyond over at Snapshots.
He asked us if we’re cool with the offseason work of one Tick Tock Kenny Holland.

Hello George. I’m comfortable no matter who they’ve signed, what their names are, where they played before or whether their wives/girlfriends/sisters grew up on a Canadien(an) farm before moving to the big city to realize their acting dreams only to find out that sometimes success on the big screen hinges upon what you do away from the cameras, if you get my drift. Why? Because I have blind faith and trust in Tick Tock Kenny Holland, George. We have a tremendous luxury in being able to take for granted that our organ-I-zation knows exactly what it’s doing at all times. They always have a plan and I’m cool with not being privy to the details. If Holland signs ‘em, I’m good with it.
As we’ve pointed out at A2Y, Todd Bertuzzi has done evil things we’ll never know about. He’s a community menace but I’m fine with his signing because Kenny tells me I should be. Jason Williams is a whining bitch, George. I don’t like him personally, despite having never met him, but Kenny brought him back so he now has my total support and admiration.
I do what Kenny Holland tells me to George. Every step of the way.
Go visit George. Do it now and see who else showed up for Round 2. Tomorrow? The Triple Deke.
