I’ll be happy to even get to get the game, screw the pregame at this point. I even called our local NBC affiliate and bitched at the station manager for the hours of weather porn coverage. Let’s just say… I wasn’t able to be calm and rational.

The only amusing thing I remember about Game 5 was when someone (i don’t remember who) told someone else (I don’t remember who) to: YOU JUST SHUT YOUR WHORE MOUTH!! I swear to god, memories of that are the only thing that kept me from climbing a bell tower yesterday.

We had bad weather here last night too. And they had the weather porn on for FOUR hours. So I called the station and asked them if they were going to do the same thing tonight and basically the station manager said that yes, they felt that it was necessary to do it as long as possible. And they don’t plan on showing the game on another channel, so I’m screwed until they decide they feel like showing the game.

Dont worry Paul, CBC doesnt have pregame either. Local 4 in Detroit does tho. They just talked to Doc who claims Detroit is an 8 or 9 out of 10 and Pit is 6 or 7. He called Detroit in 7 and is sticking to it.
