the worst part of the weatherporn debacle on saturday for us was that all the storms were 70-80 miles away. it was sunny and hotter than a whore in church where we were. the station manager didn’t appreciate my sentiments that someone, somewhere had better be seriously injured in a way that was greater than or equal to the heart attack their cloudworship was giving me.

In the NBA Road Game 6 so many teams just go through the motions and bank on the home Game 7. I woke up with that nightmare scenario in my head, but tonight I’m thinking “Hey Mother Fuc8er! It’s Mike Babcock, he won’t let those guys mail in a Game 6, and there’s too much hockey professionalism to do that.”

Ack NBC replaying the high(low)lights of game 5 is not doing anything for my stomach. I’m not eating sugar and I just reached for the cookies. The only booze I have is champagne and we all know that is reserved. We have weather issues here but at least it is only taking up a 1/4 of my screen. If I squint, I can see the game. I need a bigger tv. Did I mention that I’m nervous and I’m shaking like a leaf?
