Bring on the Caps!

So, after seeing some of the best worst goaltending I have seen in a while we head back to Nationwide Arena to face the Washington Capitals. The Caps are coming off a huge win against Montreal. Brent Johnson will be in net for the Caps, and Mason will be in net for us.
I’m heading up to the game tonight and it should be good fun.
The goat line is back! Oh yes, Voracek, Brassard, and Chimmy, together at long last. I have been wanting this line back since they took them apart.
Umberger is centering the top line of Nash and Huselius. Maybe they’ll be able to put some pucks in the back of the net.
The Jackets need to stop taking stupid penalties. Our special teams, if I am being brutally honest, suck. If we stay out of the box we should be alright, we need to play 5 on 5, that is when we are at our best.
With Mason in net we know we are going to get solid goaltending.
Ovechkin must be stopped, our checking line needs to be out there on him at all times, Hejda and Commodore HAVE to shut him down.
The Caps have seven regulars out of their lineup, we need to take advantage of it.
We have to win this game at home. The fans need it, the players need it, the coaching staff needs it.
If you’re a college student don’t forget about the Rush CBJ program! $25 for lower bowl $15 for upper bowl, just get there an hour before the game! I will be standing in line waiting, so feel free to entertain me. Make sure you bring your student ID! And, I know that this sounds like a plug, but the word needs to get out about this…they are great seats.
And good news, Backman might be scratched. Yes, please.
See you at the game. Go Jackets.
