Well, at least I’m thankful for my hockey team.
I tend to not pay attention to the power rankings, because quite frankly the only ranking that matters is the actual standings. But, if you’re into that sort of thing, check out LTL for his weekly run down on the Jackets in the power rankings.
But, this little gem, upset me.

Derick Brassard is leading the rookies with 7 goals and 8 assists. Here’s what he says to the people who are loving him in their hockey pools:
“Some people have told me, ‘Oh, I made the right choice to pick you in my pool,’ and I say, ‘Wait, there’s 82 games in the season,”’ he said with a laugh Thursday.
Brassard has been helping me out most nights in my hockey pool, especially considering my “number 1” goalie, has been in and out with a sprained ankle. Yes, I’m lookin at you Pazzy.
