The artwork is impressive, but I’m not sure how I feel about the image overall. And as far as your question, is it Johnny Canuck? Well, maybe…

That’s really striking--very inventive. I like it.
Maybe he is planning on using it like the eyespots on the hindwings of some butterflies--to startle goalscorers (predators) enough to make them pause and miss the net.

I think it’s a great mask except for the RBK logo painted right above the eyes. Evidently that was part of some contractual agreement, or something because I don’t think that Luongo would *choose* to put the logo on there just because he loves RBK.
All in all, it’s a pretty cool design, though.
