From the Canucks:
Vancouver Canucks General Manager Mike Gillis today announced that Scott Mellanby has been added to the club’s Pro Scouting department.
Mellanby joins the Pro Scouting department with 20 years of on-ice experience in the National Hockey League with five different teams.
Mellanby was brought to the team four months ago, but was in an undefined “consulting” role till now.
