I’ve been a hockey player basically since I could walk.  Played travel up through high school but never took the junior route and decided to play club hockey and get my degree.  Been a big NHL fan for years and was just turned on to this site by a knowledgeable friend.  I spent a few weeks simply reading the news, and chiming in whenever I deemed it appropriate.  But I really got taste for this kind of thing when I chimed in on the string of whether or not Detroit should be stripped of the title “Hockey Town” or not.  (I was born in Detroit and still reside in Michigan).  After reading that blog about Ray, Russia, and Racism I decided that what I had to say was too long to post on here so I started my new blog at http://animaldrew.blogspot.com I would appreciate any and all visitors and their comments (good or bad).  Thanks for reading and keep up the good work everyone!
