Any idea why the posts on the main KK page are an hour ahead?

For instance, the hockey trivia post Alanah made says 5:05, and its only 4:18 now.

Do you have DST checked in personal settings?  Go to Localization settings in Your Control Panel and check.

Yes I do, and it says (UTC) Bogota, Lima, etc and underneath DST is checked.

And it still says 5:05

Untick the DST, that is for daylight savings time which ended about a month ago.

OK thanks, that fixed it.  I think we had this same conversation last year as well.
