Evel Knievel definitely has a hockey tie in, too. He loved the game, and before he became “Evel,” he attempted a career as a professional. Home sickness had him return to Butte, where he continued on with the game before getting into car sales, then stunt bikes.
The Hockey News had a great piece on his hockey career a few weeks back.
