Antropov a Flop on Broadway in This Year’s Playoffs

From Damien Cox at The Toronto Star:

Antropov, never regarded as a big-game player, was goal-less in 13 playoffs outings back in 2004, the last year the Leafs made the playoffs. This spring, he has gone missing again, this time in a New York Rangers uniform.

He hasn’t scored in the last five games, and along with Nikolai Zherdev and Markus Naslund, Antropov is being fingered as one of the offensive culprits behind New York’s collapse after once holding a 3-1 lead in this Eastern Conference series with Washington that will conclude with a Game 7 tonight.
