Should Biron Start Tomorrow Night in Boston?

With the New York Rangers defeating the Toronto Maple Leafs 2-1 last night at the ACC, one has to wonder if Blueshirts’ head coach will turn to backup goaltender Martin Biron for tomorrow night’s tilt in Boston.
Biron made 24 saves last night in earning his first victory as a Ranger. He stood tall, controlled his rebounds and more importantly, got his team a much needed victory without getting a ton of offensive support.
While the Boston Bruins are off to a good start in the early going (4-1), that is no reason for Tortorella not to give the net back to Biron. Yes, Lundqvist has played well in Beantown but right now, it’s about getting Biron acclimated to this hockey club.
By giving Biron the net tomorrow night, the team can go right back to Lundqvist on Sunday night when they take on the New Jersey Devils. Lundqvist usually always plays well against the Devils and if he can get the job done on Sunday night, may be he can get on a roll and be ready for the following week.
I am not suggesting that there is a goaltending controversy or anything like that. All I am saying is that Biron should man the pipes tomorrow night on the road and then Lundqvist could get the start at home.
What do you folks think?

He should start until he loses and the same for Lundquist. You can never tell with the Rangers they may get blown out next game. They look to be the same inconsistent group they were last year. Sather refuses to admit his many mistakes. He makes a rare good move signing Kennedy andthen puts him on waivers. He’s lucky Dolan doesn’t know a hockey puck from a bagel or he’d be out on his bialy.
