What a Game!

I was lucky enough to attend last night’s New York Rangers vs. New Jersey Devils game at Madison Square Garden and all I can say is WOW!
This game had it all from lots of offensive opportunities, hits, to great team play and unbelievable by goaltending by Rangers’ netminder Henrik Lundqvist and Devils’ netminder Martin Brodeur.
If you’re a Blueshirt fan, there really should not be too much, if anything, to complain about. The team threw pucks to the net, protected Lundqvist and did just about everything they could to win a hockey game. On the other hand, may be the power play could have been better but other than that, this was a terrific game for your Rangers.
After picking up a point to place themselves tied for fifth in the Eastern Conference, the Blueshirts will have the opportunity to pick up two points tomorrow night against a struggling Ottawa Senators team.
Remember folks, there is still lots of hockey left to be played but right now, the Rangers are in a pretty good position. Let’s see how they can improve as the season goes on into April.
