A New Challenge For Scuderi

from Scott Burnside of ESPN,
“It feels very weird,” Scuderi told ESPN.com after signing the deal. “It’s a weird combination of odd and exciting.”
While he had no desire to leave and wouldn’t have left had the economics of the game and the cap restraints of the Penguins specifically been different, he acknowledged, “it’s kind of exciting to start a new challenge.”

Well the N key is right next to the B key. I’d call that an honest mistake. The editing team on the other hand…

“The Piece” deserves some of “The Pie”. Best of luck to him in LA.

Good luck Scuds, but sure wish you were still in a Pens jersey.

Scuderi is a classy player and he has earned his big pay-day. He probably would have signed with another team sooner but he gave GMRS an opportunity to match any offers he received.
The guy paid his dues; just look at his shot-blocking numbers. He risked injury every time he dropped to the ice but that’s how he plays the game.
He should help LA’s core of pedestrian goaltenders with solid D work in front.
Good Luck, Scuds!

Pens fans wish scuderi well, after all it’s a chance to see if goligoski and lovejoy are ready to play. We score enough that we don’t really have to worry about the defense until playoff time; though shero will probably sign a FA defenseman or a 20 goal winger with what’s left.
I don’t (personally) think he’ll do a damn thing for LA’s playoff hopes (ie goaltending is the problem) but that’s their choice.
