I saw enough of Roberto Luongo in the opening round sweep of St. Louis to determine that no conference opponent will defeat the Canucks four times in seven games. That task will be left to the Boston Bruins during the Stanley Cup final, and the Beantowners will prevail.

It will be even better when the canes swoop in to take out luongo!

The problem with that moronic statement is that you don’t have to score 8 goals on Luongo to win. There are three teams left in the Western Conference that have defenses more than capable of completely shutting down the Canucks’ offense, meaning you only have to get one or two goals on him to beat the ‘Nucks.
And really, of Detroit, Anaheim and Chicago, does anyone think either of these teams doesn’t have the offense to score on Luongo?
And how in the HELL can you see enough of Luongo beating the GD Blues and decide that nobody could possibly do what the Blues failed to do?
Berger’s a retard (surprise surprise, since The Fan exclusively employs idiots, at least for on-air).

Please. VAN won’t even make it out of the 2nd round, and it’s only by a miracle that they drew STL in the first to advance to the second. You think VAN would have beat ANA or even NAS?

Anybody who writes for Klessel’s site is automatically a moron.

Did you really need to use all those abbreviations?
Typing city names out is for those with nothing better to do with their time.
So… Sharks players and Avs management.

Yeah, because the Bruins offense is the only one potent enough to beat Luongo—surely Detroit couldn’t do it.
