Rick Sadowski reports the Colorado Avalanche confirmed Wednesday contract talks between them and Jose Theodore are continuing.
SPECTOR’S NOTE: I believe the Avs will re-sign Theodore by July 1st. He wants to stay, they want to keep him, both sides understand he won’t get the same contract ($5.5 mil per season) as his previous one so it’s just working out a fair term and value.
