I don’t have to ask myself if I am a true hockey fan, I know I am. I know when my team is playing, I can almost quote my team player’s stats and I live for the greatest sport on earth. There are many out there that would disagree and well that’s ok too. We all can’t be on board for the same thing after all that’s what makes the western hemisphere the greatest place in the world to live.
Name another sport with more contact, lighter equipment, faster pace and using a lethal hard rubber object as the center of the sport and do all that on ice while standing on a 1/8 inch piece of steel. Well… You can’t. There is none.
