In a lot of ways, mine is just another hockey blog.  But I’ve tried to focus more on what blogs do so well in other subject areas: criticize traditional media. Also, I have a background in labor law, so I can be pretty nimble with the CBA.

I’m not immune from being a fan or from being wrong, but I try not to lose perspective. I also don’t post everyday.  But if you’re looking for an iconoclastic take on the NHL, check out

BD, My own personal experience is not a problem with anyone there except Dwayne- for what he has done to me and the readers of KK.
His deception tactics were not appreciated and his lies will one day catch up with him.

BD Gallof is a joke who loves to hate the Islanders. I guess they cannot find anyone at that site so our fans are stuck with third rate reporting from a loser who wants credibility from RAG FANS for his blog so he takes his little digs at the team.

BD Gallof is a living deception tactic and he thinks he is some kind of professional writer now but flames real established writers who are member of the Professional Hockey writers association of america.

He’s a lousy blogger and a bully and the sooner the professional’s see through his act and send him packing the better.

BD Gallof, I really don’t understand what your comment has to do with the topic at hand, but I like to run a clean ship here at KK.
I suggest if you have a problem with him, contact the people who are in charge at the site you are referring to, this is not the place to do it.

Sorry Paul,

Just a little background on this phoney and fraud who thinks he’s some kind of Islander information source now. He’s nobody and all he can do is copy the club’s reports and act as if he’s in camp and some kind of authority who’s getting inside scoops. All he does is copy Cory Witt and Chris Botta who give him no inside information on anything.

Basically Paul he’s all the downside you see and talk about here in Eklund which is why I want to expose this phoney for what he is.

He wanted me out of that other site because he was called on it and they had no one else. Even now he writes an Islander update and makes it all about his 94 Rags because he’s desperate to win over opposing fans.

I can think of ten blogs for Islander fans a mile better than the recycled trash Gallof posts as his facts. I will be happy to post them here for hockey fans. 

E-mail Eklund gang, get BD Gallof off the Islander blog or any blog, he’s not on our teams side. 

Oh yes, Paul, one other thing.

BD Gallof flames established media when he’s in the postion of poster, he has no respect for anyone but what’s best for him which is why I will just tell it like it is here for everyone.

He ripped Stan Fischler and insulted his age in personal attacks that would get him removed if he were only a hockeybuzz poster and not a blogger.

As you know Paul, the writers can flame the posters over there and it’s two different sets of rules.

Sigh...the Unibomber writes less.

Its these kind of fans that ruin the sport for the rest of us, commandeering blog-related plugs that are to let people, fans of hockey, decide for themselves if they like, hate or feel indifferent about something. Audiences can make choices on content, not on if someone whose Fruit of the Looms are too tight who is miffed.

Here is just another example of control issues, where people can simply check out blogs and decide for themselves..and we all move on.

Sorry Paul, that this has wasted yours and my time. Your site doesn’t need such silliness.
