Mike Babcock was on the Fan590 about 20 minutes ago.
Talked Wings and very frank in his discussion. Then talked Team Canada before talking more Wings, including Osgood.
He also mentioned Williams back tomorrow, Homer back Sunday or the next game and Franzen scheduled to play the last three games before the Olympic break.

“We Got To Stop The Snowball From Rolling Downhill”
You have to wonder why he doesn’t think the damn snowball isn’t as big as a mountain and going 90 mph already?

Smart guy.
“Execution, execution, execution”. I like that he’s not looking for excuses, but some critcs will say he’s just stubborn.

Meh, when all is said and done, the Wings will be back, I’d be absolutely shocked if they didn’t make the playoffs… Slowly but surely they’re getting healthy and they’ll get on a roll again…

A voice of reason amongst a sea of anxiety & insanity. Doesn’t change last night, the night before, the game before that…..but nice to hear. You’re alright Tony not matter what your avatar shows.
“Confidence is fleeting”. Can’t say as I’ve heard truer words about this team. Egg shell confidence.

Also, sounds like he’s pretty much put an end date on Osgood’s career as a starter in Detroit.
And we’ve all seen how well Ozzie does as a backup.
Say hi to Ovechkin when you see him in practice in about two months, Osgood.

The wings have played monumentally bad hockey at the end of January/beginning of February for the past two years. This is just another mid winter slump; hopefully they right themselves quickly.

That’s true, forgot about that.
