Barnaby Becomes Official Today On ESPN

ESPN will announce today that Matthew Barnaby will succeed Barry Melrose as its NHL studio analyst, a development The Buffalo News reported last month.
Barnaby will debut on SportsCenter Oct. 8 and usually appear on the show Wednesdays and Thursdays during the regular season.

I don’t know HockeyinHD, I’ve been watching the Lightning and Barry actually has them looking pretty decent. I mean, the defense looks much better than anyone expected, and same thing with Goaltending. I think the only way he gets fired by Thanksgiving is if Oren Koules goes crazy because they don’t win every single game. If the man is smart however, he’ll let him have a whole season and see what he can do.
