from On the Rangers Beat,
In my haste to put news up here, I neglected to mention the new blogroll on the left-hand side.
The goal is to provide a base for hockey fans to come here and then bounce to worthy sites that I often scan. Hope to adding a few more soon.
Just mentioning this since very few MSM blogs are listing hockey bloggers on their site. Hopefully other sites will catch on…

Honestly, I don’t go to Rangers blogs to read what “every-fan” thinks, because the ones I’ve read are really not all that interesting/original. I go to read insider information, and the blogs Zipay listed cover that. Blueshirt Bulletin does both, because the guys who write for the blog are definitely fans first.

Kukla’s Korner is always a free service for readers, but it costs some money to maintain. If you’re ever in a position to donate a few dollars to help out, we’d be very appreciative.

Too bad he pretty much only posted other MSM links. The only fan blogs are the Blueshirt Bulletin, which is treated like a professional magazine, Spector (who recently got picked up by MSM) and the Rodent. All three get professional access to the teams and the league ... not exactly ‘every-fan’ pages. Don’t get me wrong, they are fantastic and provide awesome info, but they are far from regular fans.
