Why, the one-minute penalty!
Three guesses as to who cooked that one up — ah, but you’ve guessed already. Of course you’re right, it’s Brian Burke, GM of the Anaheim Ducks. His take on the proposed rule: “One-minute penalties in overtime just makes so much sense.” Vintage Burke.
