Capitals Sign Viktor Kozlov

According to TSN SMS updates, the Washington Capitals have signed Viktor Kozlov to a two-year, $5 million deal. More soon.

Victor Kozlov gets about as empty a 50 points as anyone in the league.

He’ll hit the second line I would think.  Hopefully the Caps can nab a good center for AO.  Backstrom is on his way as well and will ride with either AO or Semin.
