Last night, Papa Joe Chevalier of Las Vegas radio’s KLAV1230 spent some time chatting with Paul Kukla. Papa Joe is a long-time Penguins’ fan and he and Paul looked back at the first two games of these Stanley Cup Finals, then looked forward to tonight’s game.

Nice exchange. I really enjoyed the tenor of this interview. One note though, I disagree with the premise that Pens get an advantage with Crosby away from Zetterberg. Sure maybe that opens up Crosby’s game, but that also means Z doesn’t have to defend Crosby and will get more chances of his own. I bet Hank gets on the score sheet tonight, and not just an empty netter. =)

I was on Papa Joe’s show once as a call-in. It was in ‘96, and I was ranting about the poor play of Paul Coffey. Nervous as hell, I remember.
