Could MSG-HD Be Close To Returning To Center Ice?

Question: I am a relocated Sabres fan who watches the games via NHL Center Ice from Direct TV. So all my games are in SD (standard definition). Why is that?
Answer: According to a satellite source, MSG will not allow its HD feed to be on NHL Center Ice for any provider. However, a source also said that MSG and the NHL are in discussions about HD and guessed a deal may get done later this season.
