Craig Adams Suspended

Hurricanes forward Craig Adams has been suspended two games for hitting Toronto Maple Leafs forward Alex Steen over the head with his stick in Tuesday’s 3-2 Carolina victory.

Adams had a phone hearing with NHL Vice President Colin Campbell Wednesday morning, with the suspension being handed down a short time later.
