Chicago Tribune’s Steve Rosenbloom is pitching the same thing for Patrick Kane.

So I assume the weekend is cancelled?

Also, let’s stop saying “due to injury” and start saying “due to the event’s triviality”.  There’s no need to keep the lies alive, I think.

You said it Earl.  At least they have two years to figure out what to do with the next ASG or whatever you want to call it.

Stop complaining, Boris.  You said yourself that he was punching you so hard that you didn’t even notice until you saw video after the fact.  LOL

In a discussion panel with Darren Pang and John Tortorella, Bob MacKenzie of TSN.ca said something that caught my attention when the announcement was made that Crosby was not going.  Near the end of the video, he says, “How ‘bout this:  if you’re the Stanley Cup Champion, you do not have to go [to the ASG].” Darren Pang loved the idea.

Who cares? Crosby’s not that exciting to watch IMO.

Probably more like Richard Gere in An Officer and a Gentleman when Louis Gossett Jr. breaks him…

“I got nowhere else to go!”
