via Ian MacIntyre of the Vancouver Sun,
Injured Canuck winger Daniel Sedin has been sent home to Vancouver and won’t play until at least next Friday’s home game.
Daniel Sedin did not practise as planned in Detroit, indicating his broken foot has not healed well enough for him to play.
Sedin broke his foot Oct. 7 and rejoined the Canucks Saturday in Dallas after skating for three straight days in Vancouver.
Sedin practised well on Sunday, but was kept off the ice on Monday. He took the morning skate Tuesday in St. Louis although he was not going to play that night.
