Daniel Sedin Out With Broken Foot

via TSN,

Vancouver Canucks’ winger Daniel Sedin has suffered a broken left foot and will be sidelined for 4-6 weeks.

Sedin was hit on the foot with a shot in Wednesday’s 7-1 win over the Montreal Canadiens.

He has been fitted with a cast and is using crutches to get around.

Well, at least everyone will be able to tell the twins apart now.

Quite a blow for the Canucks.  He’s an excellent player and a broken foot is a pesky injury since he will have a difficult time staying in shape during the recovery.

Yup.  Run up the score like the Canucks did, and Karma will get you.  I can’t believe I actually agree with Grapes on something!

I have no problems whatsoever with “running up the score.”

As soon as the team that is losing promises to stop trying to come back, the team winning should stop trying to score more goals - not one moment sooner.  smile

Let’s see…a broken foot…an errant shot…hmmmm…sounds like the handiwork of our old pal, William Tell.
