I was watching the Game & I said right away WTF???? I took the Idiots errr Refs awhile to call it

Same thing happened in a Caps-Rangers game in the mid-90s. Whichever Cap did it tried to argue the call, too. It was a great throw, though.

I guess he thought a hand pass in the defensive zone was okay, so…

If this happened AFTER Richards erased his brain, I’d understand.
