via Jim Gintonio of Ice Chips,
Coyotes captain Shane Doan suffered an upper-body injury in Friday night’s 6-3 loss at Dallas and his status is week to week.
Meanwhile, defenseman Ed Jovanovski likely will be scratched from tonight’s game against the Penguins with the flu.

What is it with this Hockey speak nonesense. Lower body injury, please, why not say he hurt his knee or ankle. Also when did a General Manager become a Manager. Is Casey Stengel in the NHL now. One of the stupid things about hockey, rules always changing, now even the language to describe it is changing. A very schizoid sport.
