1. Detroit--Barring octopus particles landing on the ice and
and splattering into the eyes of Lidstrom, Zetterberg, Datsyuk, Franzen, and Hossa causing season-long blindness, the Wings should run away with it (Even if the multi-octopi-blindness thing does happen, they still have enough depth to win their division).2. Anaheim—Their owner is likely headed to jail, and their GM is likely headed to Toronto (or Boston) next year, but for now, the Ducks are still a serious contender. Having Scott Niedermayer for the entire season should make a major difference. Ryan Getzlaf is a superstar is waiting.
