What the heck is he talking about? Playing hockey, on the ice? Teams controlling players off the ice? Law enforcement? Gambling? I honestly have no idea, even after following the link.

I got that feeling at about sentence #3, and going on it got worse.

There’s always another way to make up for it.

Like bribing the local police?

Until you get arrested by a cop that lost a lot of money on last nights game…
