Florida Fans Receive Email Slamming Jokinen

An e-mail sent to some Panthers season-ticket holders by a Panthers account executive excoriated recently traded Panthers captain Olli Jokinen as playing ‘’with little heart or passion’’ and showing ``no leadership or improvement.’’
This two-hand slash to the character of Jokinen, Panthers captain from October 2003 until his trade to Phoenix on Saturday for two defensemen and a second-round draft pick, came in a three-paragraph e-mail Tuesday morning from Ryan Powers, an account executive for Sunrise Sports & Entertainment....
‘’When I heard about it, I was shocked and surprised,’’ Panthers chief executive officer Michael Yormark said Wednesday morning by phone. ``This is not the kind of communication we condone and is unacceptable

This only confirms what we already suspected—the Panthers are a gutless organization run by a bunch of clueless clowns, or else this simply isn’t allowed to happen, whether or not it reflects the whole org’s true feelings.
