Flyers Put Boulerice on Waivers

The Philadelphia Flyers placed suspended forward Jesse Boulerice on waivers on Monday.
Boulerice is serving a 25-game suspension for cross-checking Vancouver Canucks centre Ryan Kesler in the head last Wednesday

I would argue his career is over. At 29, and with a total of 8 goals in his career, why would any other team pick him off waivers. He may be the first NHL thug to get what’s coming to him. Its just a surprise that it was his team, and not the league, that gave it to him.
