Following Philadelphia’s first round playoff elimination, Flyers GM Paul Holmgren acknowledged he’ll have to consider all options in goal, considering Martin Biron and Antero Niittymaki are both scheduled to become unrestricted free agents on July 1.

I was watching the panel on TSN talking about this, and I didn’t get it then, and I still don’t get it…. Why Emery?
I mean, he’s not even the best goaltender on his KHL team…....

the only way they have intersted this guy if they plan on resigning Martin Biron. Homer is out is freaking mind if he signs this guy to sign in as a starter. this might point they will go hard after jaybo at the draft or July 1.
