For some reason, the Pittsburgh Police felt the need to issue the following press release:
PITTSBURGH: On Friday, June 12th, 2009, in anticipation of the overwhelming crowds that may be present at surrounding establishments throughout the City, the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police together with assisting law enforcement agencies have put in place guidelines to ensure that any celebration is focused on public safety.
