The Toronto Maple Leafs have re-signed restricted free agent forward Mikhail Grabovski to a three-year, $8.7 million deal, sources tell Sportsnet.

...because this guy has a nasty edge to him PLUS has all the offensive skills. A good mix I am sure in Burke’s eyes.
Good offensive signing. Still a young player, lots of development to do and he gets to do it at the NHL level while the Leafs only have to spend 2.9/yr on him. No lose for the team there.
Now they just need to surround him with some other skillful players… in due time I guess.
