from TSN,
Craig Hartsburg was fired as head coach of the Ottawa Senators on Sunday night, only 48 games into his first season behind the team’s bench.
The final straw for Hartsburg might have been Sunday’s 7-4 loss to the Washington Capitals. After the game, Hartsburg called his team out for not playing hard.

Gee….it only took 48 games to realize this guy sucked. Could have told you that 48 games ago. Time for the walking lisp to go as well. This team has basically been a disappointment since inception as far as I’m concerned.

Isnt that now 2 coaches (Paddock and Hartsburg) fired in like the last 100 games? What a joke of an organization. The Lisp should be fired as well.

Now that the SuperBowl is done, I guess the new office pool will be
who will Murray throw under the bus next.
The changes need to be at the top of that organization.
That is basically a no-brainer, from the way they handled the Emery situation.

Hartsburg gone = check
Vigneault gone = TBA
Good move by the Sens, the team is in such bad shape considering they made the SC finals a couple of years ago and all that firepower still remains.
Goaltending was bad anyways but that team is all about offense, and not getting it done.
