from the Globe and Mail,
Toronto Maple Leafs forward Ryan Hollweg has been suspended for the first two games of the regular season.
The suspension is tied to a hit from behind during a game last week and for two similar incidents last season when he was a member of the New York Rangers.

I just love the title of this post.
“Hollweg Gets First Suspension Of The Season”
As soon as I saw it, I began thinking about what Paul meant by that.
Did you mean it is Hollweg’s first suspension of the season? meaning that there are more to come, and this is just the beginning.
Or did you mean that Hollweg just got the first suspension in the NHL for the 2008-2009 season.
I’m betting on the first one.

This is an outrage! Hollweg is a fine and upstanding player and doesn’t deserve this kind of treatment!
